Logistics Oversight: Streamlined inter-outlet logistics to reduce lead times and improve distribution efficiency, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
Data & Forecasting: Utilized sales and consumption data to forecast demand, optimize order cycles, and reduce material wastage.
Process Standardization: Supported implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order handling, vendor management, and food safety compliance.
During my time at Biggies Burger, I worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator, overseeing end-to-end inventory flow, supplier coordination, and logistics management across multiple franchise outlets. My role was centered around ensuring consistent product availability, maintaining quality standards, and improving the efficiency of the overall supply chain network.
REFLECTIONS
Working in the food & beverage industry taught me how precision and timing directly impact customer satisfaction. Coordinating between suppliers, kitchen staff, and management helped me develop strong multitasking and communication skills while understanding how an agile supply chain supports brand consistency and profitability.
